1. Policy Objective
We aim to keep Safety App safe for users and their emergency contacts by reducing abuse, harassment, harmful conduct, and misuse of the app's calling, messaging, group, voice-announcement, and alerting features.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or intimidation
- Hate speech or discriminatory abuse
- Impersonation or deceptive identity use
- Content promoting violence or illegal activity
- Non-consensual sharing of personal or sensitive information
- Triggering Message All, Call All, Announce All, Alert All, group calls, group messages, or 1:1 calls and messages for non-genuine, prank, harassing, or abusive purposes
- Adding any person as an emergency contact, or sharing an invite link with any person, without their consent
- Adding any person to a Safety Group without their consent
- Attempts to misuse location, contact-relationship, group, or alerting features to endanger or harass others
3. Reporting Channels
Users can report abuse in-app on any contact or conversation, or by email at admin@aaasafetyapp.com.
To speed review, include account identifiers, screenshots, timestamps, and a concise incident summary.
4. Enforcement Actions
Depending on severity and evidence, we may warn, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access.
5. Review and Escalation
We prioritize reports involving credible threats, self-harm risk, child safety concerns, or severe harassment. We may preserve evidence and escalate where legally required.
6. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was applied in error, contact support with relevant context and identifiers. We may re-review based on available evidence.
7. Emergency Risk
If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Safety App support channels are not emergency response systems.
