1. Scope and Controller Information
This Privacy Policy explains how Safety App processes personal data when you use our mobile app, website, and support channels. Safety App helps users stay connected with the people who matter most through emergency contacts, safety groups, private messaging, internet calling, voice announcements (Announce All), Message All, Call All, Alert All with current location, emergency-services quick-dial, essential help contacts, safety tools (First Aid Manual, Compass, Siren, Torch), and Important Documents. The Safety App is operated by AAA Safety App Private Limited, Office No. 933, B-3, Spaze I.T Park, Sector-49, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122018, India.
2. Data Categories We May Process
- Account and profile data: Display name, profile photo, account identifier, sign-in metadata.
- Contact relationship data: Pending and accepted emergency-contact requests, invite-link usage, group membership, mute/block/report state.
- Communication and activity data: Conversation metadata (participants, timestamps, delivery state), call signaling metadata, voice-announcement metadata, and Alert All event metadata. Message content in 1:1 and group conversations is end-to-end encrypted between participants.
- Location data: Current location attached to an Alert All, sent to your selected emergency contacts. Location is processed only when you trigger Alert All or otherwise enable a location-aware feature.
- Content you provide: Profile media, voice notes, photos, videos, documents, abuse-report submissions, and support submissions.
- Important Documents: Documents you choose to upload (such as licence, insurance, or ID proof) are stored for your quick access; you control what is uploaded and may delete them at any time.

- Marketplace demand logs: When a product or destination is coming soon, we may log product identifier, optional variant identifier, country, country code, and timestamp. Coming-soon demand logs are designed not to collect name, phone number, email, street address, or delivery address.
- Device and diagnostics data: Device model, app version, crash logs, performance and connectivity diagnostics.
- Notification data: Push tokens and notification metadata used to deliver high-priority alerts (calls, messages, voice announcements, and Alert All).
- Legal and compliance records: Rights requests, abuse reports, and lawful-request handling records.
3. End-to-End Encryption
Messages between Safety App users are end-to-end encrypted - only the people in the conversation can read the message content. Safety App does not have access to the plaintext content of end-to-end encrypted messages.
4. Permissions and Optional Access
Depending on the features you use, Safety App may request permissions such as notifications, location, microphone, camera, and contacts. You can manage permissions through your device settings at any time. Many features - including high-priority alerting - depend on these permissions being granted.

Message All, Call All, Announce All, Alert All, group communication, and 1:1 calls and messages are routed to the recipients you select - your emergency contacts, group members, and the people you communicate with directly.
App Store and Google Play: When you purchase, restore, or manage a Safety App Pro subscription, the Apple App Store and Google Play Store act as the merchant of record and process the transaction. Their handling of your payment data is governed by Apple's and Google's privacy policies.
Razorpay: When an Business owner starts or manages Business seat billing, or when a user places a Marketplace order, Razorpay processes the checkout and payment. We exchange billing session, subscription, order, payment, invoice, and webhook metadata with Razorpay to reconcile Business billing and Marketplace orders. Razorpay's handling of payment data is governed by Razorpay's privacy and payment policies.
Marketplace fulfillment: Marketplace delivery addresses, order items, order status, and support details may be processed by Safety App staff, marketplace administrators, and service providers involved in hosting, storage, payment reconciliation, customer support, and delivery/fulfillment operations.
We may also disclose data to advisers, regulators, or authorities when legally required or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.
