1. Business Billing Scope

Business billing is separate from Safety App Pro. Safety App Pro remains billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, while Business seat billing is processed through Razorpay.

2. Seat Price and Capacity

3. Checkout and Entitlement Timing

Business owners start billing from the Safety App mobile app. The app creates a short-lived billing session and opens this website for Razorpay Checkout. Razorpay webhooks are the source of truth for Business billing entitlement, so a successful checkout screen does not by itself activate or update paid seats.

4. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancellation

Seat upgrades and downgrades are requested from the mobile app and processed by the backend using Razorpay. Downgrades may be scheduled for the end of the billing cycle. Cancellation requests are made for the end of the current cycle unless otherwise shown in the app.

5. Failed Payments

If Razorpay reports a failed, halted, expired, or cancelled subscription state, Business billing access may be restricted until payment is completed or the billing status is restored.

6. Refunds

Refund requests for Business Razorpay payments should be sent to admin@aaasafetyapp.com with the Business name, billing account email, and Razorpay payment details available to you. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, Razorpay processing constraints, fraud checks, and whether paid Business access has already been used during the billing period.

7. Payment Data

Razorpay processes Business payment instruments. Safety App stores billing status and server-only Razorpay metadata needed to reconcile subscriptions, payments, invoices, and webhooks. Safety App does not put Razorpay secrets in the mobile app or website JavaScript.
